Powder coating is gaining more and more importance in machine, automotive and construction industry due to the growing need for protective and decorative coatings on ceramics, steel, aluminium and copper alloys. The technology changes constantly and new materials are being developed due to the environmental requirements. With solvent-based coatings, the solvent is emitted into the atmosphere during application and the residues contaminate the environment. Powder coating is a residue-less process, since the powder, which is not used as a coating is retained by the painting booth filter and reused.
Powder coating can be applied on very small parts, from screws, bolts and clips to aluminium sections, garden furniture, fences, doors, sheets, machine parts and housings, stairs and vehicle parts.
